It is located in Kamishiro 3-chome, Nishi Ward, along the midstream of the Tsuboi River, which flows through Kumamoto Castle's moat. This location offers convenient access, as it is close to the Tazaki Wholesale Market. Like our Fukuoka headquarters, we operate 365 days a year, striving to provide products that meet our customers' needs. Our dedicated processing facility is equipped with an ozone generator and conducts regular bacterial inspections to maintain strict quality control. We actively process live fish into fillets, loins, and various other forms.
