Product description

Hiramasa, Yellowtail amberjack is a species in the genus Seriola of the Carangidae family, and along with Buri and Kanpachi, it is considered one of the "Big Three" of the yellowtail family. It is favored by sushi restaurants and traditional Japanese restaurants for its refreshing fat content and pleasant texture. Additionally, compared to Hamachi, it is less prone to discoloration, allowing for slightly longer storage.
